Cancellation available till 30 days before arrival date – total refound of amount payed.
Partial cancellation available till 15 days before arrival date – 50% of the amount payed will be refound.
No cancellation available in period between 14 days and the arrival date.
PAYEMENT
Bank Transfer
Payement requested is 50% for confirming the reservation.
Balance within 7 days before arrival date. Check-in will be not available in case will be not payed the full amount of reservation.
PayPal
Payement requested is 100% for confirming the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit of 2.000 Euro , will be required at the moment of check in. it will be refound , if there will be any problem of extra cost, at the check out time.
EXTRA SERVICES REQUESTED
Cleaning service of house, garden and pool will be provide only from Villa Baires attendants.
Extra services requested , can be provided only in case will be payed the security deposit.
